SHIPPING

Due to the handmade nature of all our products, may items are made-to-order, and therefore may take up to 14 business days to ship. All items ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays via USPS. We are unable to ship to PO box and Military addresses. Shipping and handling charges are customers responsibility. Florida sales tax is 7%, buyer will receive an email confirmation once order has shipped. For international orders, customer's are responsible for all import duties and custom fees for their own country. MdeM Designs is unable to identify how long a delivery of an order will take to arrive to your specific country or how long it will take to clear customs once it reaches your specific country.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We take great pride in each piece that is handmade, and we want our customers to be completely happy with their purchases. We will gladly assist you with all questions and details about our inventory. Due to the unique nature of our collections, we have a rigid exchange policy At this time we are unable to except returns.

Within 48 hours of PURCHASE, MdeM Designs will gladly provide a store credit or allow for the option of exchange for an item of equal value (less any applicable sales taxes and shipping costs) All store credits have a one year expiration date from the date of issuance. Please ensure that return item is packaged securely, use a shipping service that provides tracing wile in transit, insure items for its full value and return shipping is not refundable. Please notify MdeM Designs of your desire of store credit or exchange with in 48 hours of receipt of PURCHASE. Special orders or CUSTOM orders are not-returnable or non-exchangeable. Any of these items are considered FINAL SALE. These orders cannot be canceled once they have been put into production. SALE MERCHANDISE MARKED 40% or MORE is non-returnable or non-exchangeable. These orders are considered FINAL SALE.

PRODUCT CARE

Every pieces of MdeM Designs jewelry is made from the finest materials and hand finished. Please wear your MdeM Designs jewelry with care. After putting on hairsprays, lotions and fragrances. Always use care when exposing to sunlight, unnecessary heat and moisture. Never expose them to household chemicals or jewelry cleaners. To Clean, use a dry, soft white towel. Store in a dry location to avoid extreme temperature changes. Do not shower or swim with jewelry.

REPAIRS

At MdeM Designs quality and craftsmanship is our utmost concern, However, all jewelry is delicate by nature. We will repair at no charge, any breakage caused by MANUFACTURER DEFECT within 120 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer's expense. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis. Please note, with the natural marterials we work some items are more fragile then others. This means that some require more care and attention when wearing.

NATURAL VARIATIONS

Due to the organic nature of many items in our inventory, there will be a variety of natural variations and differences in the materials used. Changes in color and variations in texture are expected in every product and add to its beauty. Please be aware of this at the time you place an order.

None of your information collected on the site will be shared or sold to third party companies. It is strictly used by MdeM Designs LLC to operate our business and process payments.
